Small Spots

I have these extremely tiny white spots directly beneath the head of the penis by the fold, which look almost like tiny pimples. I have shown them to a doctor and was informed that they were nothing to worry about. I was wondering if you think these spots are something to worry about? Also sometimes if i squeeze or scratch them a little white stuff will come out and the bump will get reddish but then normally come back within a few days or so?

Probably sebaceous cysts, or perhaps Tyson's periurethral glands.  Both are normal anatomic variants.  But if persistent, it's a good idea to get examined--preferably when one of the spots is swollen and looking like you might be able to express some material (but before you do it!).  In the meantime, don't lose any sleep; doesn't sound serious in any way.
