Small painless bumps, nervous

I have small red bumps about the size of a dot you could make with a sharpie, They're all on my lower abdomen, and there are some on the shaft my penis, and some are under my pubic hair.
They are painless, I started getting them on the base of my penis, Mostly hair folicules, The bumps would form on the folicules, and the pubic hair would grow out of them. But now, they're growing where there isnt hair, atleast that i could see. Is it possible for there to be a folicule? But just doesnt have any visible hair? It looks like it could just be acne? I dont know.
These bumps would only show up after having sex with my ex-girlfriend, And go away after a while. I admit i wasnt keeping myself as clean as i should have after sex. But, they're there. She's pregnant, could it be possible a fluid from her just didnt react well with my skin or something? The bumps are also on my arms, legs, Just not as bad. Look the same, the bump in the middle of the red looks the same, just on my groin, they're red around the bump. She had foliculitis (folliculitis) on her arms and legs too, What could it be?

It sounds like folliculitis, or perhaps some other localized minor infection/inflammation. Some of what you say sounds like molluscum contagiosum (a minor infection in the pubic area, often but not always sexually transmitted), but MC cannot come and go over a few days. No STD causes any of the symptoms you describe. You will need to see a health care provider for diagnosis and advice.
