Small paper cut like bumb on meatus

Hello all,
First time poster. I'll get right to the point. About a month ago I had unprotected sex with a girl. About a day to two later I developed a dull aching pain in my lower abdomen and pelvic area. The dull pain was also in my right testicle and would sometimes shift to the left. I of course woried and went to my dr to be tested for stds and HIV. The results came back negative for chlamydia and ghonorea (Gonorrhea) and the HIV test was also negative. The pain continued and a week later the dr prescribed cipro to me. I completed the cycle of cipro and the pain seemed to subside. It is still there but not terribly noticeable unless I do heavy lifting (which was a cause for a hernia possibly?). About 2 days ago (a month after sex) I had a slight pinching feeling on the left side of my meatus when I urinated or my clothing rubbed against it. I attempted to examine it myself and noticed a slight paper cut like on the meatus which would cause the pain when I urinated. I am going to go back to the dr for this pain on the meatus next week, but in the meantime thought I would post here to possibly get some insight as to what it may be. I have no rashes or sores anywhere else on my penis or testicles. Any help is appreciated. Thanx.

The only way to know if you were infected for chlamydia/gonorrhea from your encounter one month ago is to test again, do it on your visit tomorrow you tested too early for them and the medication probably cleared by now --so you can test.

The cut on your meatus has nothing to do with an STD.

Allright yah I'm seeing a different doctor because the pain was just different than anything I've felt before. The cut on the meatus just concerned me but I figured it possibly could of been from masturbating often. Thanks for the quick response

Give us an update on what your medical physican tells you about the now mild pelvic pain.  

Yes masterbration and sex do irritate the meatus, careful.

Unfortunately I can not get into the dr until tuesday.  My main concern is the bump with the slight cut on the meatus area.  I guess the only way to describe it is like a womens nipple with the slit on it.  That is what it looks like, but obviously not as large..very small.

UPDATE:
Ok so I managed to get an apt today with the Dr.  Dr. told me the continually dull pain in my pelvic area and the other symptoms led her to believe it was Epididymitis.  Which I may have thought it was before as well.  She presribed me some Levoflaxacin to take 1 pill a day for 14 days which should clear that up.  As far as the bump on the meatus she believed it to be a form of a yeast infection sort of.  Or posssibly agitation stemming from masturbation.  She said it was not herpes related and I had no symptoms of it possibly being herpes.  As far as the other STD's the urine test was negative in those categories. Thank God.  Hopefully this dose of Levoflaxacin cures up my pain in the lower abdomen area.

Any follow up on whether or not you solved the problem with the cuts on your urethra?

I'm experiencing very similar symptoms and my Dr seems stumped.
