Small red and white bumps

I had protected intercourse (condom) with a woman a few days ago.  The very next day i had a few small (small pimple size) red bumps on one of my inner thighs.  These bumps did not itch but did sort of tingle at times.  However, within a day it all disappeared.  

Last night I gave the same woman oral sex (very dumb on my part) and the very next day (today), I noticed small pimple size white bumps as well as slightly larger red bumps on my tongue.  These bumps are located towards the back of the tongue.  There are approximately 8-10 white bumps and 4-5 red bumps.  I did not notice them until I ate spicy food.  Additonally, using mouthwash was also more painful than usual in the "infected area" (burning sensation).  After using the mouthwash, the "infected area" continues to tingle.

Does this sound like a rash (heat rash?) or std (what type)?  I know seeing bumps the day after usually is not the sign of an std (refering to my thigh where the red bumps went away), but the bumps on my tongue could be from the oral sex or from the protected sex a few days prior.  It's too early to tell how quickly it is going to go away if at all.  What is your advice?

Neither problem sounds like an STD; the symptoms are not typical and anyway no STD shows up within 24 hours after catching it.  We all have a row of several prominent taste buds toward the back of the tounge, usally 5-7 of them arranged in a shallow V; each one appears as a red bump around 3-4 mm (1/8 inch) in diameter.  Other large taste buds can appear whitish.

I wouldn't worry about either problem.

I have very small white bumps on the back of one of my thighs and i have no idea what they are.  They dont itch or anything but they have been there for awhile.  Anyone who knows anything about this please let me know.  Thanks
