Small red bump

I had sex with a girl back in november. Both oral and vaginal. Now, Earlier in march I had a dry skin patch appear on the right side of my penis. which has never happened before. It wasn't painful or even discomforting... it was just flaking like extremely dry skin. I thought back to november and worried a little bit, but just put vaseline on it and the dry skin went away in a couple of days and kind of forgot about it.

Now just a few days ago a small red bump appeared on the left side of the shaft of my penis, close to the hair follicles. The skin there was also a little dry so I put vaseline on that side as well. The dry skin went away, but the red bump is still there. It's not painful or anything like that. But it kind of worries me because of what I did in november. Could it be an STD or something similar? I never have had anything ever appear on my penis, and I am quite worried right now...

lumps , bumps and rashes happen. usually they aren't std related.

Yeah, I know that's what I should do. I'm making an appointment for early next week sometime. I guess I was somehow hoping from that vague description that someone would know if it sounds serious or not to put my mind at ease. Thanks for the help though. Wish me luck. Lol

the best thing to do is to be seen and get this looked at. we'd totally just be guessing as to what is causing it.

if you had unprotected sex in november and never followed up on proper std testing, be sure to do so while it's on your mind.
