Small red dot on penis head

Hi,

This evening after masterbating I found a tiny red dot on my penis head -- its very small, the size of a grain of salt, maybe 0.2 of an inch.  It's definetly not as big at the chancres I see on-line on the image search, so would be a chancer?

I did recieve unprotected oral sex a while back ago, over 50 days ago.

What could it be?

It doesn't hurt, itch, nothing! I just noticed it, and I don't know if was there before -- but I'm pretty sure I would have noticed it before, since it is on my penis.

Any ideas?

Hi joggen,

thank you so much for your response.  i figure its not an std as well, since it has been over 50 days since my last sexual activity, and it's super small, so probably something you said,
thakn you again, for taking some worry of my mind

There are many non-STD processes that can cause such skin appearances. Irritation seems to be the most likely explanation given the circumstances. Others possibilities include allergy or other immunological reaction, or infection. It doesn't sound like herpes or any other STD. An if oral was your only exposure then you weren't at any significant risk.

Most likely it will disappear within a few days. If it doesn't and it is still bothering you, then see a doctor.
