Small red spot

hi i found a small red spot on my penis it isnt a bumb or raised at all its is just a red spot   on the back side right below the head on the shaft. i havent found anything that comes close to explaining what it is. which makes me nervous cause if it was typical i figured i would find something on it.

I have  the exact same problem, only i havent had sex, or oral sex in a few months, and i only got it recently. I don't think it is to do with sex at all. It seem to be like a blood blister that won't go away. There is no pain at all.

Does anyone know what it is?

had 2 partners who performed oral sex and that was it these 2 episodes happened in the last 4 months. have had no discharge, burning, or any other unusual events or effects
