Small skin colour bumps

I dont really know what they are im 14 never had sex there are on the shaft and some on the under side of my foreskin they are in groups about maybe 30 small bumps per group ive tried treating them with skin care cream ive had them for about a year

please help

This is not STD related, see a Dr for proper diagnosis or maybe try ot post in the dermotology communiyt.
