Some help

Hi Dr. HHH & Dr Hook
I know the rules of the sit and I will respect them. This will be my last questions I will be detailed as possible. Ok ive been with the same girl for 8 years during that time I have strayed and done some stupid stuff. I have had unprotected oral maybe 10 times and always used condoms except for a brieft one time that lasted 5 mins maybe 3-4 years ago. I had one time a condom broke and I stopped imediatley. Here are my questions. I posted a question in requards to oral last week. my finace (the girl ive been dating for 8 years) had what the docs said was a yeast infection maybe 2 years ago. it was bad it last about 7 -10 days they also said she had a uti and gave her zpack I believe it was. she said the doctor didnt really do a heffty physical exam based on all the symptoms thats what the doc felt it was. She took and the 24 hour monistat and had a bad reaction to it,she callled the doc,and said yeah that wasnt good to use, go get the 7 or 10 day. well that worked eariler this year i think she had one again got the monistat 7 days it was gone. Here is my question. Is it possible  for me to have herpes and never had an outbreak? im having horiable pain in my left leg and both butt cheeks down to my hamstrings, the pain in my leg starts on the left side of my penis down my leg not in my groin area. IM scared bad. Ive been tested for stds (bloodwork for the basic, Hiv Sys,clap, gon) if you read my post from last week you will understand more. Im just soo scared i passed something on and didnt know most of my sexual experiances were breif one time things where i freaked and stopped ive only had alot of sex with my fiance please help

Dr. Hook addressed these issues in your other recent thread and you obviously are having trouble accepting the truth that you didn't have an exposure that could have resulted in herpes.  You appear to be reacting emotionally to a sexual choice you regret.  Deal with that as you need to, but don't confuse it -- or symptoms resulting from anxiety -- with STD risk or symptoms.  They aren't the same.

"Is it possible  for me to have herpes and never had an outbreak?".  Yes.  Research with HSV blood tests shows that most people with HSV-2 have no symptoms and no recollection of past outbreaks.

"im having horiable pain in my left leg and both butt cheeks down to my hamstrings, the pain in my leg starts on the left side of my penis down my leg not in my groin area."  Herpes does not cause such symptoms.  Some people with herpes get such symptoms for a day or two before an outbreak, but HSV is never the cause when such symptoms occur for prolonged periods in the absence of herpes skin outbreaks.

Your extreme fears are not warranted by your exposure or symptoms.  You don't have herpes or any other STD.  Continue sex with your regular partner.  Follow-up with your doctor if your symptoms continue.  And do your best to accept the reasoned, science-based reassurance you have had and move on with your life.

There is no information your anxious mind can think of that would possibly change my opinion or advice, so I won't have any other comments.

When I refer to always using condoms. That's with viginal sex, I never really used condoms for oral.
