Sore throat after oral sex

Hey Dr.,
I performed unprotected oral sex on a woman I did not know about 2 days ago. She squirted a good amount of fluid in my mouth with she orgasmed and I swallowed most of it and today woke up with a sore throat. I have no other symptoms of sickness rather than this slightly sore throat. She gave me unprotected oral sex as well for a brief time and then we had protected sex.
Do you think my sore throat could be gonorrhea or any other STD?
