Doesn't sound like herpes, warts or any other STD. Your own suspicion of exzema (eczema) sounds like a good bet, but of course I can't tell by your description.
I think I have eczema on my scrotum. A few red, leathery areas. Don't really itch, but are fairly visible. I get eczema on my arms sometimes and the doctor gave me Elocon mometasone furoate ointment. And I admit, I put a little of that on eczema spots on the scrotum. Bad idea? Should I see a regular doctor or a dermatologist?
Thanks.
