Spreading an NGU possible?? Help

Hello
Hoping you can help.  20 days ago I received a handjob (dry) from a guy who I would consider high risk.  4-5 days after the fact I felt a urethral twinge followed by two weeks of intermittent clear sometimes sticky discharge - very slight but enough to leave the head a bit boggy. Later progressed to urethral soreness.  No visible sores or discomfort urinating.  The day after receiving the handjob (prior to symptoms) I had sex with my partner (female).  after a two weeks of no sex and the symptoms not changing I went to the Dr and he had me tested for Clamydia and Gonhorrhea and a PSA test.... all negative and PSA normal.

Question is.... what could it be?  Could I (or might I already have) passed whatever it is along to my patner?  Am I save to resume our sex life and just hope it stops?

I had this same thing happen two years ago and was negative for what seemed like every test under the sun but ended up on a host of drugs anyway that made little difference.  it just went away.

The Handjob was my first slip up in 2 years... hard to believe a simple quick handjob could cause this.

Thoughts or advice  - thanks in advance for your help.  I'm really want to make sure I haven't exposed my partner to anything.  Or perhaps I've picked up something more benign form her?

Roger

I'll repeat what I said. IF your only sexual activity outside your relationship was a handjob, you can't pass any STD to your wife because you couldn't catch anything. I don't have knowledge about other bacterias other than those which cause STD. If your wife has an infection it's NOT related to the hand-penis encounter you talk about.

Yikes. Now my wife thinks she has a UTI. She gets a few a year. The dr just prescribed macrobid. Could I have given her this?  Or did was her uti contagious.  I'm so confused. I thought I couldn't transmit anything. It was only a handjob I swear. Help. My test were negative for Cl and Gh. Could it have been staph or something else more sinister????

Handjobs don't transmit STD's, so whatever you have (maybe you have nothing) doesn't have anything to do with that exposure. If that is your only sexual encounter outside your marriage, you can't pass her any STD.
