Std? Or irritation

So I had a one night stand unprotected in a drunken haze with a girl I met in a bar while on a work trip.... I know stupid. When I went to grab a condom she told me she was allergic to latex. I declined and she protested that she had an IUD. I hesitated but eventually **** happened and I used the pull out method. About a half hour after that I go into the bathroom and wash off my Johnson and notice a red irritated spot on my shaft along a natural crack on my skin. Was weird because other then a moment when she was a little tight and not quite wet yet there was not really any rough sex. So being the hypochondriac I am the next day I purchased peroxide which I doused my member in and hydrocortisone cream as well which I applied along the shaft in the affected irritated area. The redness seemed to fade a bit but my member was very dry and flaky towards the end of the day. On day 2 I found a redness almost tear along another natural skin fold of the shaft a bit lower. I also started having a bit of forked stream when urinating which I've had before In the past but it's lasted off and on since then. I'm on day 3 and I've just been using moisturizer and the 2nd red crack is still there and irritated and still have a bit of the urination issue. Nothing itches or burns on the skin or when urinating and I don't see any lesions just the irritated tear along the shaft. Am I freaking out or is this all too quick to be worrying? Could the IUD or friction been a factor with the original red spot that seems to be fading or could I have created the secondary tear along the crack with the dousing of peroxide and cortisone?

any infection would show up in your urethra first so it would appear the testicle issue is some type of trama or injury.

So it's been 17 days since my unprotected encounter. I really have not seen anything out of the ordinary but last night after ingesting some medicinal marijuana I noticed a sharp pain in my right testicle That would come and go throughout the night and is fading but still there this morning. No swelling or pain to the touch. Could any sti cause this type of pain within a couple weeks of exposure? I don't have any other symptoms, discharge, burning urination, etc. I've dealt with lumbar and ab muscle problems that have led to on and off pain around the testicles the past --10 years and it's been a while since I've felt any pain from that. Could be coincidental but wanted to check if this is a relevant symptom a little over a couple weeks out with no other accompanying symptoms.

Thanks

Maybe just friction irritation from the sex

Thanks. The tear/fissure is still there today and I notice a bit of clear liquid in it. There is a bit of discomfort with it. I can't see any lesions just a horizontal crack about 1/8 of an inch in length with shiny clear liquid on top. I've read that herpes can sometimes appear as a tear so I figure I'd follow up With the latest. Still have the split streamed urine issue along with extremely dry flaky peeling skin on the head of my member. You may have the same answer but I wasn't sure with the clear liquid or if that's just natural with a tear in that region. Could it be that the peroxide and cortisone actually made things worse or maybe a yeast infection?  Thanks.
