Std Test time frame

Hello Doc,

I had unprotected sex  for less then a minute with a sex worker in New Zealand at a licenced brothel about 12 days ago and have undrgone gone a swab test and urine test for common STDs recommeneded by my GP, however I am curious to know is this time frame enough to detect any stds,

I have been freaking out and have been developing mental symptoms then real once, e.g freuent urination about 6 times a day, had a mild sore throat for 3 days but not any more, took ake but no blisters, but had jaw pain before I had undergone the sex.

Pls advice

Yes that time frame is fine to detect those STD's from that testing method.
frequent urination is not 6x's a day it is every 15-30 minutes. Other symptoms also not STD related.
