Hello i have a question. One night while my wife was at a girls night out i was drinking and got a bit drunk. I went to get more beer walking 3 blocks away. On day 4 i had normal sex with my wife and had no pain with cumming. On day 7 my wife and i sexex 3 times and in between she also gave me a hand job there was soke dry sex and this day my urethra had itched a little bit. That night my penis started itching. Today day 8 i have no discharge no pain peeing but my penis has many super tiny bumps and the skin is red and irritated it itches alot and now the tip of my penis where i pee is sensative. It doesnt burn when i pee no doscharge but i have alot of lil tiny bumps thay are hard to zee and my penis is very itchy and sore and the urethra tip is sensative. What could this be? I need to see the doctor i imagine? My wofe says she doesnt feel any pains or stings i regret this so much i cant believe i did this i love my wife thankyou for your help.i have put anti fungal creme and i took a uti test which came negative for leuk and the other one and the anti fungal didnt work for a couple hours vut i THINK its working now im notnsure but i an itxhy the bumps are tiny and firm and dont have center ornfluid filled inwill see how they look tomorrow

I dont understand this on day 2 i placed direct undiluted apple cider vinegar on member and there was no stinging and no itch just my urethra was a little itchy and stinged but never any burning or discharge when peeing even now then on day 4 i saw no discharge no burning no lesions nothing not even the acv burned and no bumps appeared when i placed acv to see of there was yeast like 1 time before this happened... :( so after day 4 we had sex and i wasnt itchy at all and she was not itchy either on the end of day 7 after a dinner and a movie my wife and i had sex 3 times some rough dry sex but it was mostly wet and enjoyable that night and day 8 i was very itchy and sore member so i put apple cider and thags when i saw the small bumps but barely so that night on day 8 i out the fungus cream and next morning 100 to 200 dots this was 8ndays after could this be a yeast infection or something else? Im scared so on day 8 i cleaned and put neo the white dots clump togetjer to make a white film then go grey and fall out so night of day 9 cream again aftrr penis was looking normal and this morning day 10 alot of bumps again??? So is it yeast ? I left apple cider forn10 minutez to burn everytging and now im waiting for it to peal im scsred if this is not yeast and something else its going to destoy my world why did i do this mistake agakn???

Day 10 i thought the "yeast " was leaving last night when i saw them peeling off and looking like my normal member again i decided to put a last time of cream and it looked the same again this morning it doesnt itch as much anymore and the urethritis is leaving but now its just a light itch and these 200+ white bumps after yeast cream

Update day 9 i woke up today and took the uti test negative for leauks and nit i think is the other one last night i put the cream and woke up today with 100 to 200 tiny qhite dots all over member and member head. I feel slight irritation and itching in urethra but its bearable inthink maybe is a fungak infection andn either uritritis or genitally focused anxiety? No discharge or burning when i pee on day 9

The tip of my penis is sore and i feel like irritation in the meat of the penis which im guessing is sore from rough sex the tip os also irritated and feels like sharp randommly in the urethra
