Std panel testing

Hello all, i recently tested through labcorp for a 10 panel std test that includes hiv,hep a, hep b, hep c , gonnorea, chlamydia, syphilis genital herpes and oral herpes all which came back negative and non reactive except for oral herpes i knew i had tgay since i was a child veey common btw. My question is can i feel safe and assured that im free of those infections at 18 weeks from post exposure. My anxiety is getting on me again even though its been beyond the 12 week mark. Am i safe and clear of these stds? Thanks

Can hpv high risk cause itching? Becau2like i said in this post all other stds are ruled out because i tested negative at 14 1/2 weeks close to 15 weeks post exposure but the itch its still there and i cant get it treated its still as intense as the first day.  So hpv is the only std i dont know about if have it or not so i was wondering if itching and mild discomfort can be the cause of hpv i dont see warts at all in my genitals.  Also the sex was protected so idk if that is still safe or not. Tha k you
