So I've had a sexual encounter where I was giving a person of unknown status unprotected oral. It's been over a week and I've already been tested for stds today, so waiting on results now.
But my question is, for about 2 days or so, I've had a tingling sensation in my penis and the urge to go pee. I'm not sure if it's the tingling I'm feeling that makes me want to go. I've noticed no discharge or lesions on my genitals, and I've researched online, and I've cotton a mixed answer. I don't know if it's anxiety related or not.
I would appreciate some feedback for this concern.
