Std symptoms
Hi , I had a hand job in a massage parlour , the Asian then proceeded to give me oral ( un protected) wich I stopped immediately ( so only like 1 second oral) , days later I had frequent urination , burning , itchy and inflamed tip of penius.
I got tested at 4 days post exposure (blood and urine) negative. Doc gave me doxycylien just in case for 10 days, on the 3 rd day I had a large white discharge at the end of urinating just once.
The burning mostly subsided after the course of doxy , but my penius tip remains inflamed and sometimes itchy .
I got retested at 3 weeks post exposure ( urine and swab only) negative .
Dtr said I'm fine to have sex but I can't as my penius is still inflamed at the tip and I have now noticed a small purple lump just at the tip of my urethra ( inside penius tip) , I have been using hortizole cream on and off to try treat the inflammation but not really curing it , when I stop using it the inflammation seams to appear at the base of my knob aswell , the hortizole will clear the inflammation at the base of knob again but won't clear the tip? Any thoughts please ? Should I go back to docs?

So it's been a couple of weeks since my antibiotics , I have been mostly trouble free except I still notice inflamation at the tip and I have been noticing clear and white discharge occasionally , particularly at stress full times , I have been driven back to the docs , she has give me another round of tests , urine, blood , swab , and a ******* swab shoved down my dick ( it hurts ) I'm awaiting results , due to time passed and the thoroughness of these tests I will be satisfied with the results , will post as soon as they come back ...
Thanks for your reply , yer , I've read lots of posts about this kind of thing , I'm just a lil pissed off that the doctors just dismiss it as no std , when somthing has to be up, after all doesn't std mean sexual transmitted disease .
So I just got a bacteria or whatever it is by oral , but it's not sexually transmit table kinda conflicting .
Any way, I've been heeps less anxious about it since
taking antiboitics again and it does seem better just not
completly gone . I'll continue to update my progress over the next few weeks .... Cheers

Lots have had the same symptoms as you have.. NO STDS however no doc can exactly say what it was.. from her saliva. I think you got some kind of bacteria infection and its clearing up. You also are worrying just like I did for nothing.. self diagnosing online will cause all kind of problems. I just think these kind of women carry some nasty crap..
So it's been 2 weeks since the azi and I do feel better , no more pain or itchy or pinching, the tip is still inflamed but not worse , I think the antiboits have cleared what ever I had , now just Gona wait n see if time fixes the redness...
Also , just to confirm , I think the rash that was seamingly spreading to the base was thrush or yeast from taking the doxy , and the purple lump inside urethra is a vein that was irratated , it's still there but smaller if I inspect it close I can see it's not just a lump but it goes long and deep like a vein would . Tip is still inflamed and irratation less bit every nown and then without warning I get a pinching feeling inside the tip of my penius , hope fully the antibiotics clears this .
So here is an update on my situation, been 7weeks now , had constant irratation since , went back to doc today and got prescribed a single 1 gram dose of Azithromycin,
Doc dident say what I was been treated for exact as the results were all neg so I guess it's non specific uretheritis , she was pretty confident this would clear it up and said not to come back unless I still had irratations, also I was told my partner should be treated aswell with the same antiboitics, dam! I went 6 weeks without having sex withy partner but gave in last week as I thought nothing was wrong with me due to results ( yes I thought Maby was just irratated from rough hand job) , but still had irratation which drove me back to doc .
Could be gono or clymidia , or just uretharitis from poor hygiene in that place but still I have got somthing and I am now ******** myself for anyone else out there as my exposure was minimal and I still got hit .
I'll update in a few days and see if irratation resides .

As Vance advised you had no risk. Any penis inflamation would be from the hand job itself (maybe to rough) or some other cause of topical friction irritation. No std testing would be advised from what you describe as you were not exposed. Any std that she would have would be in the back of her throat behind the tonsiles in the mucus membranes and to have a risk from oral she would need to give you a "deep throat" oral which she did not.
My response would be to keep following up with your doctor and make sure you've done all the appropriate STD testing. Once all of that has been done and is negative (which I assume they will be based on your exposure), then try to relax and accept you do not have an STD. If you continue to have symptoms, keep working with your doctor. I know it's a scary time, but hang in there.
As for what more do I want ....... Your already giving it to me by providing somewhere to bounce idears off and get this **** off my cheast and thank you for that .

The doctor gave you antibiotics even when your test result was negative? That doesn't make sense at all....would 4 days be enough time to take the test?
