Std testing accuracy and testing window time.

I had unprotected oral sex three weeks ago (received from female). This happened on a Saturday and the following Monday I went to get a full std panel. They did urine analysis for gonnorrhea and clymidia. Also full blood test for everything else. I had a couple z packs so on Monday before I went in for test I took full pack and them another full pack two days later. On Wednesday I was told everything was negative. On that Thursday I went into another doctor because I was having burning sensation in urethra when sitting but no pain when urinating. Doc gave doxycycline to be safe, took all of it. Three weeks later I still am experiencing a slight pain I urethrA when sitting or laying down,  and there is a red spot on top of penis head above urethra. No lumps, discharge or bumps. I went a few days ago to get a swab test for stds as I have heard they are more accurate.

Question is, how accurate do you think my initial test was two days after exposure. And do my symptoms sound like std?

In your opinion, so you think this could be candidiasis of the penis? I know I. Have been exposed to hpv in the past and from what I've read hpv can cause this?

Breaking news, doctor just called on urethral swab test taken Sunday. Test was negative for everything. My question is what could be causing my symptoms? Made a urologist appt for next week, but trying to get my head wrapped around this before hand, no pun intended...

On the top of the head of my penis, there is what looks like red skin/irritation. It's above the urethra and there isn't and roughness or raised skin.I have been applying Vaseline  incase it is just a simple irritation. It appeared two weeks ago and went away after a day. I was at a wedding this weekend, hot and sweating the whole time, noticed it came back yesterday. I also forgot to mention that the urethra pain I described earlier, was present the first week after exposure, then has come and gone, just came back this past Sunday.

Red patch??
The urge is probably anxiety related.

Thank you for your quick responses. A couple more things, what could be the cause of the red patch of skin on head of penis? I also a more frequent urge to urinate than normal.. Thinking this could be a symptom or anxiety as well...

Gonorrhea in about 90+% of men, chlamydia in about 50+%.

If you have to ask if anxiety plays a factor then it does.
Probably anxiety and irritation is my guess at this point.

Does clymidia and gonnerhea always present discharge and pain during urination? I'm curious if I just have some bacterial or fungal thing going on. Again NO pain During urination or when standing, just sitting. I'm thinking too, anxiety may have a factor? Any thoughts?

Does not sound like STD, test was too soon and could have been thrown off by medication you took before testing.
