Std worries please please help

Sorry about my English , I am from New Zealand , 33years old male, recived unprotect oral sex from sex worker on 10/07/14 has been 17days am so worry about syhilis hiv ect especially I fond out coupe red spot on my balanus yesterday ,had std test at 14 days every thing was fine I know a bit early however really scare about syhilis hpv and hiv please help only had oral sex no others

For the reasons already discussed, it is very unlikely the sex worker had syphilis.  If she did, it could be transmitted by oral sex, but only rarely.

That's my last comment.

You've been asking anxious questions about syphilis for quite a while, both here and on the expert forum.

Syphilis is rare in New Zealand, especially heterosexual syphilis -- most cases are in gay men, so your partner probably didn't have it. (You can find government data if you google something like "syphilis in new zealand".) And oral sex rarely transmits syphilis. Your symptoms are not typical for a new syphilis infection. There is no significant risk of HIV or HPV from oral sex.

Probably the "red spots" have nothing to do with your sexual contact 17 days ago, but see a doctor or clinic if the "red spots" don't clear up.
