Std

Can you have this condition and not exhibit any symptoms at all.  Even after taking a urinalysis to determine if you had any infections and they came back negative?  Or will sypmtoms eventually show up and if they do how long after you've been infected.

Well every std is different.  And only gonorrhea and chlamydia can be detected through urinalysis as far as I know.  Also, yes, it is possible to have an std and not exhibit symptoms right away.  And if the urinalysis was taken at least a week after your encounter and you don't have symptoms, then you should assume you are clear for chlamydia and gonorrhea.
