Std(s) Results came back neg. But...

I wasn't tested for herpes.. Since the encounter (Dec 21, 2008) of receiving oral, could herpes or genital herpes shown up by now? And if so, where would they usually appear? I'm going to get tested for herpes later this month. My penis has been throbbing for at least 1 full sec 2 times a day. I think that could all be anxiety.. But a while ago by testicle sack looked irritated and a bit itchy on the bottom of it. It doesn't burn when I urinate and I have no visible sores on penis. Could this be a sign of herpes??? Please give me information on herpes. I want to relax finally..
