Stds by anal finguring

Hi all,
Last night i was with a guy in gay theater. We were just huging and rubbing our body with cloths on but it was for long time. We did not have any oral sex or lip kiss. But we kiss each other on neck and chèeks. During the hugging I put my hand in his pants and pressed his buts.not dèep. Same thing he did once with me.
Today i notice there is litle itchy red spots on mty anal buts.
We did not insert  our fingur deeply.
Through out the course our genitals did not come in contact.
Dose this red spots are stds??? I dont know how it came just he touched his fingures on my buts without pressing inside.
Please help. Should i test for something.
I even avoid lip to lip kiss for stds.
Note: i shaved my anal area a day before

Hi herpes 1 in general is not considered an std per se. 60-70percent of people in the world have it. Commonly transmitted by kissing like the common cold. So if you have been kissed by your mom, dad, friends or anybody and if you have hsv 1. Do not panic. Most of us have it already.
