Still Contagious?

Still Contagious?

Hi - I can't tell if I'm still contagious or not.  I'm not going to have sex right away anyway, but I'd like to trim my pubic area w/ a razor and just not be so paranoid and stressed out regarding this STD (sheet, clothes, towels changed all the time etc.)  I was last treated about 4 weeks ago.  The dermatologist actually re-treated the same, original molluscum bump because it didn't all scab over and fall off the first time.  1.5 weeks ago, that scab fell off and it left a discoloration, but yesterday the dermatologist said it was fine and gone from that spot.  As far as new bumps, as of yesterday, the dermatologist hadn't treated one in 5.5 weeks (just the first original bump was retreated 4 weeks ago).  Am I ok now?  How will I know?

Best advice is to talk with your Dr.

thx.  i did but the dr. said "just look out for new bumps always, you'll never really know when it's gone for good."  not helpful.

That would be about the same advice I would give.
