Still Searching

Hello, I have posted on this site under a different name, but I cant remember login information.

In 2012 I had about 10 seconds of unprotected sex with a female friend. Maybe a week later I had a itchy urethra and a slight ache in my testicular. I have tested negative for everything. HIV,HSV1&2,Syph,Gonno,Trichamonasis,Chlamydia and other bacteria infections. I have also taken a number of antibiotics for the above mentioned STD'S. I have also had the camera placed in my urethra as well. Over the course of three in a half years, I have taken test for all the listed STD'S well over 5 times. My latest test was done in March of 2015 with all results negative. Currently I still have a itchy urethra and a slight pinching feeling at the head of my penis. I have accepted my negative results, but im still searching for a resolution for the way I'm feeling. Any advice from anyone would help a lot. Thanks.

I asked because research say that NGU normally comes from being infected with chlamydia. The shaft of pens and pubic hairs itch bad. It's been 4 years and have tested for everything.  The crazy thing is that every doctor, urologists and dermatologist has told me that I don't have anything associated with an STD.

Could not hurt to test for that but any infections would be in your urethra

Do you think NGU would be anything I should test for even though my chlamydia and gonorrhea was negative?

Hi ive read  cases like yours a few times here and its not uncommon. I did some research and saw a report that stated that cronic urethra issues were most likely from damage to the nerves inside the urethra caused by an infection or even an injury from the act itself.
Also if you have hemorrhoids there can be  ghost symptoms in the penis as all the nerves are connected.
