Stinging rash on inner left thigh ?

I have had a rash on my inner upper thigh near my scrotum for the past week it kinda burns and stings because of the skin being almost chaffed.  There are some small red bumps in the area as well as It is blotchy and slightly itchy also.  It is only on my left side upper inner thigh  and though it has not begun to spread it is worrysome because it is slightly painful.  Also some of the skin in the crease where chaffing would occur while walking is so raw that the skin is almost  cracking a tiny bit  like  if you had a really bad sunburn.  In one little spot in the crease where my leg meets my scrotum it's so raw that there was even a very tiny spot of blood when I blotted the area with a piece of tissue.         I have an appointment on Monday morning with a Derm but was wondering if I shouldn't wait and maybe go and try a walk in clinic tomorrow morning.  I'm not even sure how much a walk in Doctor would know about rashes but it might be worth a try ? Any suggestions appreciated

It sounds fungal, but you should get it checked.  A walk in doctor should know - they see everything.
