Strange bumps near vaginal opening?

Recently I was engaged to a long time friend, I've only had two sexual partners, and both came up clean on an STD screening(One through Doctor, one through M.E.PS).
I noticed tiny slightly lighter than flesh color bumps around the opening of my vagina..  They are all about the size of a pin head or smaller, and were raised.  They are hard to the touch and they do not hurt at all.  I'm very concerned and confused as to what they may be.   They look nothing like pictures of herpes.  I don't feel sick at all, and found them by accident while showering.  I had no idea they were even there.  Does anyone have any idea as to what they may be?

Herpes sores are painful, inital outbreak if you DO get sores are very painful. So this doesnt sound like herpes.
