You got lucky if all you got was a non-effective product. I've seen guys who treat at home and get severe irritation from it. Freeze away isn't meant for genital warts, so these could still be warts.
In any case, you should be seen by your doctor. If he actually biopsied it (as in cutting away a skin sample to send to the lab), then he should know what they are. If he cultured it (as in just taking a big q-tip swab and rubbing it on the spotsBirthmarks - pigmented Liver spots Measles, koplik spots - close-up Mongolian blue spots), he won't know for sure what they are.
If they are warts, you didn't get them from this last partner. It takes at least a month for warts to appear, if not longer.
