Sudden rash??

I have recently notice a red rash on the tip of my penis, an area of about 1cm squared or so. The rash is made up of small red spots, and has only been present since yesterday (5th November). There is no discharge that I have noticed, although it is a little tender to the touch. It may be that is a contact/friction respons or perhaps just iritation but any advice would be great.

rashes can be so many things, best advice is to see a Dr. Often they are not STD related.
