Swollen Glands and red bumps

i had an encounter with a transexual which we had mutual unprotected oral and protected anal the next day i woke up with swollen glands but no sore throat, then the next day i felt a very slight fever and slight body aches then day 3 everything went away but glands, then 4th day pain in anus and a 2 very small red bumps on shaft of penis and they dont even look raised or like blisters at all. what is this?

I should also note that your risk was low for oral sex and no real risk for protected sex.

You are going to have to see a Dr, no symptom points to a STD at this point and a lot of symptoms would have come on too soon even if it was a STD.
