Swollen Glans

I received unprotected oral a little over a month ago and now my corona glans is swollen, looks red and irritated. I have no pain when I urinate and have no discharge but the swelling has barely went down. When I get erect I could also see the capillaries on my glans a lot more, could this be some kind of irritation or an STD? I also had sex with the women but it was protected so I was thinking that it could also be an allergic reaction to the condom.
