Swollen lymph nodes/tonsils

Hey everyone!  I have a problem I think!  About 3 weeks ago my GF had strep throat and got antibiotics and around the same time I had unprotected oral sex with a male.  A week later I had unprotected vaginal/oral sex with my GF.  A few days later she had genital itching and a thick white discharge with no odor.  Then even more days later she had a slight fever and back pain.  Next day she had left over antibiotic and took them all.  The next day went to gyno, no yeast but higher white blood cells and all symptoms gone by next day.  Same time I have swollen neck lymph nodes.  Still slightly swollen four days later but now tonsil is also swollen.  STD maybe?  Neither of us have pain when pee.  I have no discharge of any kind!  Please help!

odds are what is going on in you both has nothing to do with the oral sex you received from another partner.

you both should be seen for proper work ups.

Actually neck node not very sore today and can touch with no pain but bigger than other side which has no problem.  Neck feels like muscle sore.
