Swollen lymph nodes

Hello, I'm new to the forum. Can anybody tell me what STDs might give swollen lymph nodes all over the body starting a day or two after an oral sex (me giving to a man with ejaculation) exposure ? The swollen nodes started in my neck (after a day or two at the most) and moved down to my armpits, chest, and groin (on both sides in each area). I'm now 11 days past initial exposure and fear and anxiety are working overtime. Any advise will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Wasn't a UTI, Dr prescribed 2 Grams of Zithromax and an anti fungal just in case it was a UTI, but urine culture came back negative...swollen nodes persist, as well as muscle/joint pain and headaches...occasional nausea also.Any ideas ?

Could be a UTI or other bacteria.

So I'm at 34 days past exposure and I have seen a couple of nurse practicioners  that have diagnosed the swollen nodes in my groin, I also have pain in my kidneys (slight) and I pee a lot...waiting on a new round of test results, but all STDs negative at 18 and 27 days, could it be a UTI ? Won't have latest results until next week...

Thanks for the reply Vance...the Mayo Clinic website says swollen lymph nodes are commonly one of the first signs of HIV, do you disagree ? Not trying to start an argument or pit one site against another, just looking for information...thank you.

None. And you can't diagnosis a swollen node, see a Dr if concerned.
