Swollen testicles

Hello about 5 months ago I had an encounter with a sex worker in thailand. I returned home with no symptoms just fear that I might have caught something and a whole lot of guilt. I was tested at two weeks from incident for clamydia and syphilis which both came back negative. I was then tested again at 7 weeks for everything except syphilis. All came back negative. I developed very slight pain in my testicles and lymph nodes at around 1-2 months which went away only to return at around 4 months from the incident. When it returned my doctor diagnosed me with prostatitis and ran some tests that all came back ok. He put me on cipro which made me itch a lot so he switched me to Septra. Since the switch I have noticed some small pimples around my hair folicules and random itching throughout body(not bad, can sleep) which occasionaly would raise after scratching. I keep telling myself I see a rash but the more I look I think it is just me looking way to close to my skin. My lymph nodes are still a little sore around groin with occasional quick sharp pain(usually while sitting). Also I woke up this morning with a very red and sore/raw testicle sack. I put something for chafing on it and it seems a little better. This might be due to rubbing to hard with a luffa due to stress about all of this.
Since I know a syphilis test at two weeks means nothing does this sound to you like it could be syphilis or any other STD. Thank you for any response you can give. I know all of this advise is to be double checked by a doctor in person, but if you can shed any light that would be great.

Sounds likes epitditimis to me. I had the same thing for years. sharp pain in right teste and swelling took an antibiotic for a month and its gone. Thank God.
