I had unprotected sex with this girl and 30 days later had difficulty with urination, not painful or burning however. it lasted for a couple of weeks. After that I received burning sensationn in my legs and joints. I have not been tested for stds but was tested for other bacteria including staph. my dr put me on 3 500 mg dose of amoxocillin for 10 days it started working but now i got the burning in my legs again Is this due to a std?

You should have std testing done, just to rule it out and know your own status, but you should have a prostate exam, and talk to your doc about a possible back injury.
