Symptoms 12-16 hours after. What is it?

Im 19 went to bali for a couple weeks had intercourse with a local 2 nights ago used a condom during intercourse and oral however i am concerned as it was only covering half of it for most the time. Also i realised the condom was expired afterward. It didnt break or fall off though. About 14 hours later i begun to feel a tingle in my penis and a constant urge to urinate. Imediately became worried and started researching. Everywhere i read that symptoms shouldnt arise that early after exposure. I woke up that morning feeling okay with a little tingle still no pain when urinating or discharge. Went for a walk today and had pain in my left knee ( thought this wasnt unusual cause i have had knee pains before) but then i got pain in my leg also not too much though. Right now it is just a tingle / burning sensation in my groin still about 2 days after.
Going back to aus today. Should i take any tests or anything?

You had no real STD risk, see a Dr if concerned.

Could this be prostatitis or a UTI? Anyone have anything similar or any info? 3 days later and now its just a tingle in my groin area cant really localise it feels like its behind my penis towards the left side and just feeling really fatigued and tired probably from the lack of sleep and plane home though.
