Symptoms/Concerned

Hello Drs

Been awhile
M-50's married
Yrs of penile irritation comes and goes more prominent for a couple days after ejaculation

Past 2-3 mths Asian CSWs 1-2xs mth
Unprotected Oral (both ways), unprotected P2P, protected intercourse
On and Off Penile discomfort, dribbling after urination, very small amount of clear sticky fluid at tip of penis a couple times (mornings and afternoons). Just p'd noticed small amount afterwards. Shave downstairs get razor burn (a few red spots at base day after shaving and sex). subsides 1-2days. A tab or 2 of Cipro or Doxy prior/after sex as advised by Uro due irritation history. STD specialist 3xs last 6 wks. I'm now a VIP.
Visit 1 Swab, Dr said saw 1 here/there (bacteria) but normal. Usually look for 5 or more before suspecting anything? No STD. Gave me some Doxy (just to have, not as treatment) and on my way.
Visit 2: 2 wks later same symptoms contact CSW & Wife. Visual of penis and a rectal exam. No swab as done 2 wks prior. Suggested I get an MRI on lower back as Prostate is slightly enlarged and kind of flat rather than round, soft with no nodules. Irritation is reffered pain from pressure on prostate.
Next 2 wks CSW and wife.
The improtant part.
Unprotected Sex w/wife Sun night. Mon afternoon she has external vagi discomfort and itching. She woke up during the night and began to experience same and got worse during the day. Now present for 3-4 days. We talked about penile stubble, her trimming (not shaving), and possibilty of hot tub causing irritation (heavy dose of chemicals same day).
Thurs back to clinic, discuss situation, swabbed. Nothing. Clean.
Note comment above about clear sticky fluid 60 minutes ago?
Questions
Does activity, symptoms, test results sound like I have or had an STD
Could use of antibiotics between contacts cause testing to be invalid. Dr.said no.
Do wifes symptoms sound like an STD I passed on undetected in testing? Dr said wifes symptoms have nothing to do with me.

Thanks

Welcome back to the forum.   I'll try to help.

Your symptoms are not typical for any STD, and it seens you have had only low risk exposures -- condom protected vaginal, and oral sex which, as discussed in your two previous threads 1 and 3 years ago, is low risk for STDs.  (However, I'm don't know the meaning of P2P....).  And since you have seen an STD specialist in person, I hope you're not hopoing for too much here.  No distant forum, no matter how expert, can give a clear diagnosis or other answer that isn't available from in-person evaluation by a knowledgeable specialist.

Your wife's symptoms don't sound particularly alarming.  Given your negative swab tests before you had sex with her, you can be confident you didn't transmit anything to her that could have caused her symptoms.  She obviously needs to be professionally evaluated, but my guess is that her diagnosis will not be an STD.  If I had to guess, I would be concerned she has a non-sexually transmitted urinary tract infection.

Antibiotics don't really make STD tests "invalid".  They work to cure an infection that might have been present, and therefore can make the tests negative.  Your symptoms mostly suggest a prostate problem, or perhaps the chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS), which is often caused by (or made worse by) genitally focused anxiety after a regretted sexual exposure.  This is something you should discuss with your doctor.

In other words, I agree with your in-person STD doctor.  I suggest you continue to follow his or her advice.

Regards--   HHH, MD

No STD causes such a thing.  This sounds like a sebaceous cyst, fibroma, or something else along those lines.

Thank-you Dr. Handsfield,

I appreciate the feedback.
1 last item for comment/consideration.

I noticed a small hard white bump under the skin on penile shaft (within the area of baggy skin left after circumcision). I tried squeezing 2 weeks ago and did nothing but irritate the skin. A scab appeared and healed within in couple of days. I did have my STD guy take a look, and he just asked if aI had been picking at it....No other comment, no concern or testing.

I again noticed the same spot (completed headed) last night and again tried squeezing. This time I managed to break the skin with my fingernails and make the spot bleed.....i do not beleive I was able to get the small white ball out nor was there any cheesy white substance present.

The spot is non painful, does not itch and again scabbed up over night.
I have on occasion had a few spots like this that either produced the white cheesy substance or a small hard white ball. None up so far on the shaft though.

Question to you...Does this spot/bump on penile shaft sound anything like an initial HSV or Syph sore....

I will not come back to the well for this current concern

Thanks...

The odds you had either gonorrhea or chlamydia was low to start with, and virtually zero for chlamydia. Gon can be transmitted from an oral to penile partner, but not commonly; and chlamydia risk is close to zeroby oral sex.  The odds you were infected were reduced still further with those antibiotics.  So this information doesn't change my opinion or advice.

Thank u Dr

P2P = Private to Private or Penis to ***** rubbing/grinding...non insertive.

I guess my biggest concern is if i could have cured or supressed Gon or Clmyd by taking 1-2 tabs of Cipro (1st swab) or Docy (2nd swab) prior to swabs and between numbers contacts between CSW's and Wife.

I would usually wait 2-3 days between contact with CSW and wife.

Both swabs negative before and after contact with both CSWs and wife.

Thanks
