Symptoms won't go away

Hi, I started getting symptoms of either Chlamydia or Gonorrhea about ten days ago. I've had it a few times before, so I know the symptoms. I went to the doctor 3 days ago and they gave me one time dosage of 4 tablets of Azithromycin. It's been a feel days, the discomfort is gone, but there is still alot of discharge, especially in the morning. Is there a possibility that the antibiotics didn't work? How do I get ready of it?

Your Doctor still needs to test you for Gonorrhea, Trichomonas, and a slide test may help to diagnose NGU. The azythromax dose you have taken would be effective for Chlamydia, but may not be for Gonorrhea. NGU and Trichomonas would not be treated. I know Doctors cut corners and try to treat empirically, but testing would give you a specific diagnosis . Take care.
