What conflicting info do you keep reading? An RPROverproductive ovaries Rpr test is reliable 2-4 weeks after exposure. You took the test almost 2 months after exposure and it was negative...therefore you do not have syphilis.
Thanks for your reply. I've read phrases like "...not always accurate in the early or late stages..."; "...may be up to 8 weeks to get a valid result...". I've also seen the two to four week statistic. Nothing seems definite.
Do you know what the name of the test is? If its an RPR or VDRL, they should get a FTA-ABS or TPPA or TPHA test done to figure this out.
