Syphilis: Reactive RPR 1:4 Negative Antibodies

Hi I recently got my syphilis test results as below:

RPR, Rfx Qn RPR/Confirm TP
RPR Reactive ABNORMAL Non Reactive

RPR Qn+TP Abs
RPR, Quant. 1:4 HIGH NonRea<1:1

Treponema pallidum Antibodies Negative

Does this mean I'm positive or negative? I had pneumonia as a child and am a male 30 years old. Do I need to do any follow up testing?

Hi and welcome.
When person gets syphilis, they develop  treponema pallidum antibody positive  test before they develop a positive RPR. So from what ive read you would be negative since your TPA is negative.
