Syphilis and bathtub

Dear,

Can I be infected with Syphilis when I bathe in the bathtub which someone has bathed in before and he/she's got this disease? I also had a tiny sore near my genital area
This incident has happened for over 1 year and I didn't feel any unusual symptoms till now. But i'm scared that If someone has got Syphilis without any symptoms?

No it's not possible to catch syphilis in this way.
