Syphilis from unprotected oral sec

I had unprotected oral sex worker who just arrived from china a few months ago. I didn't check inside her mouth for any sores. I was drunk and stupid. I got tested for syphilis 3 weeks after exposure, how reassured should I be from this result? I don't have any typical symptoms like a chanker and its been 7 weeks now since the experience. I am also inspecting my hands and feet for any rashes and freaked myself out a bit when I saw small dots in one or two placed. Though I am not sure if they were there before.
Really worried, could use some advice.

I really want to say thanks to the community here for being so very helpful. I dont know what I would have done without some of you who have chatted with my over private message and those like Grace who answer questions on the boards.

I no longer have sever HIV anxiety and I was able to make it this far because of the community here. Thank you again.

I just have two more question about Syphilis. I will be going to get tested in the next few weeks or maybe sooner since its past 6 weeks now.

So its been over 9 weeks now and still no chanker. I hope I am in the clear. My first question is if my exposure was oral sex, what are the chances of me contracting syphilis but not showing a chanker. I assume I would have been able to see it since I am almost OCD about checking my penis.

My second question:
I am getting really dry skin all over my body and especially on the palms of my hands. Plus I still feel a bit nauseous sometimes and some of my joints a bit achy and crack more than usual. Are these typical symptom of syphilis? Not sure if this is due to anxiety, being super alert about my body or they are actual symptom.
I'm also not sure if I have a rash or not since I've always had pimples on my back so I guess I wouldnt be able to tell apart a syphilis rash from a regular rash. Or are they distinct from regular body pimples?

Thanks for the reply grace.

Other than the chanker and the rash on hands and feet. Are there any other signs I should look for?

syphilis testing isn't accurate until 6 weeks post encounter.

you've had no symptoms so really no reason for any testing from this.
