Syphilis information

Hi guys its been a while but unfortunately I' m back. I noticed a bump on the underside of my ball sack, it is raised skin colored with bump with a dark red top to it. Its painful, and I dunno if its a syphilis chancre or not. I had protected oral sex back on June 9th and I don't recall her licking or putting her mouth there, so I would like to know. I poked at it once and squeezed, and a clear liquid mixed with some blood came out of a small hole at its base. Its positioned on the side against the thigh, and I'm not sure if its just due to sweating recently and the heat or this could be syphilis. Also my feet have been peeling quite a bit as well. Please help.... Vance

1) Is a syphilis chancre painful?
2) Do syphilis chancre have blood/ clear liquid come out from them
3) Should I get a syphilis test for this incident of protected oral with a CSW?
4) Does secondary Shyphilis cause the bases of the feet to peel a lot?
5) Does A syphilis bump appear on the ballsack?

I don't know if this is relevant, but it seems like it isn't as raised since the liquid came out.
