Syphilis (or other STD) possible?

Hello, I am very scared about a possibility of catching syphilis or other STD. On Saturday evening I got a bit drunk and was persuaded by a gay man for oral sex (I was a "receiver", it lasted for about 15 minutes, I did not ejaculate). I did not know anything about that man and I very regret it...Now I panic and freak out about some STD. On Sunday afternoon I noticed something above my penis (appr. 10cm from it, in a lower part of my belly) - it seems like i mild cut (cca 3cm long), simmilar to a scar, it is a bit painful when I touch it and the skin around is red...My questions:

1. Could it be a symptom of syphilis (after appr. 24h after the oral sex)?
2. Could it be some other STD? Like herpes or something?
3. How long after it I can go for medical examination (so the disease would be detectable)?

Maybe the cut was there before the oral sex, but I dont remember...Iam very scared...Please help!

We don't look at pictures.
Symptoms would not show this early.

So there is no chance of STD at this point? I am a bit worried about the cut...I would post a photo if it is possible...

1. No syphilis typically takes 21 days to show.
2. Not this soon
3. Some STD's 5 days (gonorrhea and chlamydia), syphilis 6 weeks, herpes 3 months.

Your risk was low, I would not be overly concerned.
