Syphilis question

Hello I have some questions and worries that regard syphilis. I am younger but I fear I have been exposed to syphilis, my brother was tested positive and I was wondering if he had semen on his hand and touched my hand without my knowing and if then I masturbated  alone would I be at risk for syphilis?
About 2 weeks ago I had a small white bump near my shaft after further inspection the next day it was plump and red so my dad and I went to the local clinic and they told me it was just ingrown hair since I had shaved recently I agreed and forgot about it.
Fast-forward 2 weeks of celibacy and I have swollen bump in my groin along my pelvis so we went back to the clinic and they said it was a swollen lymph node could this be syphilis?
Also recently I just got a blood and urine test how reliable could these be?

Hi, syphilis is not spread by what you describe. You were not exposed.
