Syphilis still possible?

Hi all,

I had protected sex with CSW on 7.Jan 2009, the condom didn't break. I have been tested for Syphilis after 38 days. And I don't observe any symptom on my body until now. I just want to know, do I still need to be tested for Syphilis after certain time? Your answers are very appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Conclusive is 6 week. But if you have not see any sores then i would not worry about it.

Sorry, forgot to add, my 38 days test came negative. Can I consider it as conclusive?
