Syphilis test influenced by azithromycin

Dear,

I had a 'risky' encounter a few months ago with giving and receiving oral sex with a guy. (I'm a men) (no ejaculation)
I really regret this.
After 8 days I was tested for Ghonnorea and Chlamydia, both negative
after 10 days (I was scared) I took 1g of Azithomycin
Now after 82 days i will be tested for HIV and Syphilis
I didn't had any sore or lessions up to now.

Will the Azithromycin influence my test results? Because I read it masks or delays incubating syphilis..

thanks

Your syphilis test was conclusive.
See a Dr, don't know what it could be

Ok thank you!

I got the results, and everything is negative.

Small question, I've now a small (2-3mm) 'Ulcer' in my pubic hair, about 3 cm above my penis. And there is a bit Pus and blood coming out of it.
Could this be anyway a Syphilis Ulcer? Or another STD?

thanks!
