Syphillis in my mouth?!

Hello

Last week (Wednesday) I had oral sex with a transexual; I was so stupid that I didn't use a condom and today I noticed a open sore my gum. I was wondering if I get a blood test tomorrow it will show on the test or is too early to be detected on the test?

I feel very sad because I know better than that... :-(

besides I'm allergic to penicillin... so thats why it's important to me to detect it as soon as possible.

Updates.

4 weeks later I took a blood test and the result were negative. Maybe still too early.

My ulcer is in my gum, it is round and painless... and it has white dot (pus my guess)

I think I'gonna visit the doctor Monday....

Guys don't be stupid like me and wear a condom...

No, on average it takes 21 days to show, sometimes longer. Not really sooner.

Thanks for your prompt response!

Well, I think it was Monday(night) instead of Wednesday that would make any difference?

Syphilis would not show that early and yes it would be too early to test.
I am not sure what the Dr could do with the sore.

Another question, if a doctor check my sore in my mouth can she/he test it under the microscope right away?
