TINY raised bump

After not looking at my penis for a couple of hours during the day, when eventually I went to the bathroom, i saw these 2 tiny red dots on my shaft that were raised a little bit. Now being the next day, the redness is gone but I can feel one of them for sure and the other is faded. Its just shocking how sudden and fast this appeared on me. They are very small and about a 1/2 inch away from each other. Their is only 2 of them.

Another issue I was having but not in the same area on my penis was some dryness with a little bit of redness mixed in there. That I had for maybe 2 weeks but now seems to have gone away.

I do have unprotected sex with 2 partners recently bit I know they are clean. I dont have burning urination. I dont feel itchyness, i dont feel burning. Once and a while i get this "cooling" sensation but thats about it.

What could be going on with me???

2 small bumps aren't likely to be much of anything, but with the rest of your symptoms, perhaps its a fungal infection.  You really should see your doctor.

How do you know your partners are std-free?  (STD-free is a better term than clean - clean just means they've showered, and having an std doesn't make one dirty.)  Have they tested or are they just symptom-free?

One girl was tested 3 weeeks ago for everything and she came out clean and the other has had only one other partner besides me and they were both virgins.

The past 6 or 7 months, i have turned into a hypochondriac with everything, And even examining my penis, i notice EVERY little thing that pops up or changes or anything. I dont know what is normal or bad anymore.

I mean, can we rule out genital warts? Ive tried doing alot of research on them and cant find anything really simular to what I have. I know we can rule out alot of other stds because of my friends very recent test. But the incubation periods on some stds scare me and i dont know if mabye nothing came up on her because of that?

Im scared to go to the doctor because of the cost, Im a student thats on my own and my insurance is awful and i know wouldnt cover a doctors visit, so Im trying to gather as much info as I can before I make the choice to go to one.

Being a college student every college has a health center that you can go to. and if in america many free clinics also.
