about three weeks ago I developed a sore inside my foreskin, behing and at the bottom of the head of the penis. My inguinal lymphs at this time were quite swollen and tender. I took 1g of azithromycin, and the lymph swelling went down, the sore healed over quickly as well. about a week later my lymphs felt uncomfortable so I took another 1g azithromycin, and then did a three day course of ciprofolaxin after which they were still swollen so since then I have been taking ezithromycin, only to find that they are still mildly ucomfortable in the groin (no return of any sores or pain, but some occasional itchiness on head of penis). However， yesterday I also noticed the backs of my knees are quite swollen (but only mildly painful). My initial (self) diagnosis was either chancroid or some kind of granuloma, hence the antibiotics I have been taking... I live in China and I don't know where to find a good doctor I can trust, so any advice would be great...
